Big Sky Yarn Co. is a family business. We love to provide quality yarns and notions to give you the most enjoyable making experience. CUSTOM ORDERS are always welcome. If you don't see what you need, please don't hesitate to reach out.

All skeins from Big Sky Yarn Co. are hand dyed with quality in mind. We use only professional dyes in our smoke free dye studio. Variances among skeins is celebrated, but will never affect the quality and dedication we give to the dye process. If you need sweater quantities, please be assured, we will always send yarn from the same dye lot within the same transaction. We hope you love our yarn as much as we love dyeing it for you!

Our inventory is constantly changing. Please pay attention to the estimated shipping times for each item for purchase. This time frame allows us the ability to dye the yarn if we need to. We ship everyday and strive to get orders out as quick as possible. Because of the nature of a hand dyed product, do not rush the dyeing process and want you to love your purchase with us!

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the order. Please contact me directly.

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS if an item is delayed/lost due to USPS errors. This rarely happens, but the buyer assumes responsibility for following up with USPS.
